Best thing I've sipped would either be a bourbon 95 at new year or the Strawberry Fix I worked up with some Four Roses small batch select a week ago.

Best thing I’ve sipped 2023 is a local bourbon out of DeSoto, called Pagoda in their Cōtes De Rhône cask finish.
